Description

Scaling to the micrometer and nanometer range provides better control and reproducibility of filter characteristics for a wide range of applications and studies. This course features lectures and a project on the fundamental design and analysis of optical devices used in practical implementations.

This course is not available online. Students must attend classes on campus to participate in this course.
