Lessons on Leadership You Can’t Live Without
Fee may apply
Is leadership a science or an art? Should leaders be looking out for themselves, the company, or their team? Some might say that leadership is BS and everyone should be out for themselves! In this workshop, Bob Sutton and Huggy Rao unpack the nuances between being a leader and being in charge of a team.
In this course, your instructors will distill six decades of leadership research into actionable lessons of leadership that are timeless. Participants will walk away with a simple, but powerful and evidence-based toolkit to lead teams, departments and organizations.
You will learn:
- The nitty-gritty of what the best (and worst) leaders do
- How to inspire your team and get them to perform their finest work
- To create self-awareness and understand your impact on others
- How to care, share, and dare as a leader
