Team Dynamics: Creating Synergy to Drive Success

Stanford School of Engineering

A successful team requires more than just effective individuals—it requires cohesion. More often than not, a project’s success or failure is determined by the synergy of the people involved. Don’t let your product or initiative fail because of clashing team expectations; join us on campus for a one-day, in-person course that will teach you how to navigate the challenges involved in teamwork.

The course will be divided into two parts: faculty lectures and highly interactive simulations. Be ready to get out of your seats, meet new people, and work through real problems.

You will learn:
  • The psychology behind team dynamics
  • Techniques for designing a “dream team”
  • How to lead by vision
  • Ways to manage shifting expectations
  • Methods for reading emotions
