Bringing a new business idea to fruition requires a sequential, systematic process - from preliminary brainstorming to long-term ownership. This introductory course will reveal how to successfully ideate and assess the market viability of concepts in their earliest stages, helping to accelerate the development timeline. Using detailed decision-making frameworks, you will learn how to examine and evaluate a potential new product or service to determine market relevance - and acquire the necessary tools to develop a functional business model.

Course Materials 
Course materials are available for download from the online videos page. All materials are available for printing and review upon enrollment. Videos in the course are not downloadable. 

Final Assignment
Online participants are asked to complete a final assignment at the end of the third module to maintain the integrity of the program. The requirement is to submit a PowerPoint deck and a two-minute video presenting it. The presentation deck and video will be reviewed by our teaching team. A digital record of completion will be emailed to participants once the final is reviewed.

Course Evaluation
It is required that participants complete the course evaluation once they complete the course.
