Your product is ready to go to market, but do you have a systematic plan in place that ensures your business goals are met? This course identifies and defines key planning and execution milestones, including critical metrics that measure progress and performance. Through a full financial simulation model, you will see the steps required to launch and operate your venture and accurately evaluate its potential for success.

Topic areas include:

  • How to turn goals into milestones, milestones into plans and plans into metrics
  • Identifying and applying the metrics most relevant to your business objectives
  • How to create a financial model that benchmarks launch and operating activities
  • Principles of plan execution and why they are critical to your success, and more

Course Materials
Video lectures will be available for you to view at your own pace upon enrollment. They will be available to view anytime for 60 days after you enroll. Course materials, including lecture slides and templates (but not videos) will be available for you to download, and an entrepreneurship coach will be available for help through email during this same period.

Final Assignment
Completion of each REV course requires that you submit a PowerPoint deck and a short video presenting the deck. Your presentation will be reviewed by an entrepreneurship coach. After it is deemed complete, you'll receive an email with your course Record of Completion.

If you complete all four courses in the REV program successfully, you'll receive a Certificate of Achievement.

This course may not currently be available to residents of certain states.
